[ZendTo] SMTP authentication on Exchange Online suddenly not working

Hello,
Your problem might be due to Microsofts new security policy : They're progressively turning off Basic Authentication protocols, wich includes IMAP, see joined message.
Luckily, SMTP will be still available.
We're using SAML authentication for our Office 365, it still works.
Best regards,
Marita HILLENBRAND

I did a mistake on the issue description: It's the IMAP authentication that not working anymore, you can see my configuration below:

On exchange online side, I see SMTP authentication sucessfull from ZendTo, but no log about IMAP authentication from ZendTo (no sucess nor fail, nothing). It's like ZendTo is not even trying to loggin through IMAP.
On front side (try to log to the dashboard) I see a message telling me that the username or the password is not correct:

Thank you very much.

Objet : [ZendTo] SMTP authentication on Exchange Online suddenly not working
Dear all,
I hope you are fine.
I have a sudden issue on my ZendTo (v6.11-2), I can't connect anymore through the smtp authentication on Exhange Online. (smtp.office365.com / port 587 / tls on)
But the account used to send daily reports email, can connect on the smtp of exchange online and send emails... So the smtp authentiction obviously working fine...
MFA is not activated on the account.
There have been no change on my ZendTo install or on the OS.
Do you have an idea?
Thank you very much.
Arnaud
