[ZendTo] Index.php downloading instead of executing

Have you switched to php-fpm? (If that means nothing to you, the answer 
is "no" :-)

It sounds like you haven't got the mod_php Apache module loaded.
You could try running Stage 2 of the ZendTo Installer again. Redownload 
the Installer via zend.to, unpack it, cd into the "Ubuntu-Debian" 
directory and run the script whose name starts with "2". That will 
reinstall the correct PHP modules for you, which may help.

But I'm then unsure as to why an incognito session would help. That 
implies it's a browser cache problem or a cookie problem.

Anyone else seen these symptoms?
