[ZendTo] Drop-off/ClamAV error

(/JKF — this is for Debian 10 only at this point, no reports of similar
problems on other systems/)
As root, please
systemctl stop apache2
mkdir -p /etc/systemd/system/apache2.service.d
Then create a file in that directory called "PrivateTmp_zendto.conf"
In that file, put these 2 lines:
[Service]
PrivateTmp=false
then do
systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl start apache2
And it might now work.
I've tried all sorts of other nicer workarounds, but this is the only
one that appears to work in ZendTo's situation.
Please can you give it a try for me?
