[ZendTo] Request a drop off email - weird issue

It will be in the next beta release. Which will happen once I've done a 
reasonable amount of testing.
SAML support is still "in the pipeline", I haven't got to it as soon as 
I hoped I would. I do at least now have a decent-sized directory to test 
it against (Azure AD).
