[ZendTo] UI Language switch

Hi Jules.

What about defining a preference key that would allow us to add a combobox
of Google Translator within ZendTo's pages?
I've hardcoded one in my installation because we have many international
users that were having a hard time with Portuguese.

It looks like this:

The automatic translation isn't perfect but it is better than nothing.
