[ZendTo] UI Language switch

Stanislav,

I did think of doing that, yes. I looked at it over Christmas, and 
rapidly came to the conclusion that it was "hard" and I couldn't 
obviously see how to do it. So it got knocked off my "feature list" for 
version 5.

It would need a session cookie, but I'm not yet sure how much I would 
have to do on every page to implement it all.

But yes, it is certainly a thing I would like to do.

If anyone out there fancies having a look at the problem, and do a bit 
of research into how I might implement it, that would be fantastic and 
save me a lot of time!
