[ZendTo] Upgrading from SQLite to MySQL

We're having issues with SQLite such as a 'database locked' error due to
high usage.  It seems like a good idea to migrate to MySQL.  Has anyone had
success with converting the SQLite database into MySQL?  I've been working
with all of the methods mentioned here (
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18671/quick-easy-way-to-migrate-sqlite3-to-mysql)
and MySQL is never happy with the data that I'm trying to import.
