Item 3- I am afraid not without a lot of vendor management, confidentiality agreements, and such. Everything else works extremely well, and we issue this as procedures by telling our users to always upload a file even if choosing one from the library which resolves the issue. The only thing I can think of that could cause this to work in this manner is that the anti-virus check begins with the uploaded file first before moving to the library files. This would initially cause the jfkfilelist array to be empty. By uploading a file, you move the counter to one and scan. Perhaps the counter should start at one and increment, or would this cause it to error out each time. Another possibility would be to have the loop stop at one item and not 0.

Greetings!

I just upgraded to 4.11 and am getting an erorr when I go through the drop
off process:

Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch_array() on a non-object in
/opt/zendto/lib/MySQL.php on line 800

I _thought_ that I had migrated all my preferences in to the new file
correctly, but it looks like I missed something. I'm assuming it has to do
with the MySQL connection ?

Any thoughts on what I missed ?

Thanks!

Michael

I'm an idiot. Sorry for wasting everyone's time. After an upgrade from 4.0
to 4.11 you need update the MySQL tables.

I just found the README in the sql directory that tells me to do this. Once
I did that, my problem went away.

RTFM next time.

Thanks!

Is there a chance I could get root ssh access to one of your ZendTo
servers, to find the root cause of this?
Without having a dig myself, I'm stuck guessing what could be wrong as I
can't reproduce the problem myself.

You can trust me, my reputation is worth a lot to me!

Cheers,
Jules.
