What is the best way to delete drop-offs older than x days?
Automatically? This is configured in SendTo's central preference.php file (on Ubuntu ours is in /opt/zendto/config/preferences.php)
Look in there for a setting called 'numberOfDaysToRetain'.
Whilst you're in there you may also want to check you have the right IP address netblocks configured for your IP address range; look for 'localIPSubnets'. Connections from these IP addresses get encouraged to login to the service, and so enable dropping off files for external recipients.
