Hi,
Of course, correct sender mail is very important.
If you use smarthost of your domain you don't catch any problems, I think,
because all necessary things did "smarthost administrator" =)

But still, I can advise to look at SPF and PTR records for your mail domain.

Check examples for gmail.com:
