Hi folks,
A few of you have hit this problem. You do a "do-release-upgrade" on a
Ubuntu 18 system to get to Ubuntu 20, and ZendTo totally breaks. Instead
of displaying its main menu, it wants to download a file. :-(
It appears this in-place upgrade process totally breaks PHP.
You are left with little fragments of 2 different versions of PHP
installed, neither of which do anything useful.
The fix is easy:
Download, unpack and run the ZendTo Installer from
https://zend.to/files/install.ZendTo.tgz
Only say "y" to installing PHP and its modules, you can just say "n" to
all the other sections.
Then either reboot or
sudo systemctl restart apache2
and you should be up and running again.
Cheers,
Jules
