[ZendTo] Login not available

I upgraded to the latest version 5.23-3.  If users are on our LAN, the username and password portion of the login form is missing.  Login works from outside of our LAN (on the internet).  Anyone have any suggestions?  I'm doing some digging, but thought I would question the list in case it saves me some time.
