[ZendTo] New beta 6.02-2 released

Folks,

There is now an "Export as CSV" button on each of the Inbox, Outbox and 
"Global list of all drop-offs" page.
All 3 pages now have a feature where you can show/hide each column.

I'm afraid the "Export as CSV" button exports all columns, not just the 
visible ones. Sorry about that.

This has involved a fair amount of CSS changes, and some HTML changes too.
So please can you test it all looks okay on your favourite browser?
