[ZendTo] Error after upgrade to v6 AND ubuntu 20.04

Keith,

I knew they existed, I didn't realise they would version-track too. 
That's handy!
*Feels a tweak to stage 2 of the Ubuntu Installer code coming on*

What happens if you just install a bunch of metapackages when there 
isn't a PHP on the system to start with?
What version does it try to install?
