[ZendTo] Error after upgrade to v6 AND ubuntu 20.04

Note that Ubuntu (and Debian) have metapackages for all the php
packages, just called php-mbstring, php-ldap, php-sqlite3, etc.

Installing these will track the relevant specific versions of the
php7.3-whatever, php7.4-whatever, etc., as you upgrade Ubuntu/Debian
versions.

Saves a lot of headaches, and also makes documentation easier.
