[ZendTo] Recommended Ubuntu setup for zend.to server

I run it on a Debian VM with 2GB of RAM and ~100GB of disk (but limited
to 2GB dropoffs), in a setting with thousands of users.

(Looking at that now, it seems low. But it's been that way since before
it was ZendTo and has never thrown an alert.)
