[ZendTo] Download as zip fails

Ken,
Assuming you've enabled the "sle-module-web-scripting" module with
suseconnect, then if
zypper search --type=package 'php>=7'
only reports version 7.0, and not 7.1, then you're going to have to
upgrade to get the Zip functionality, as that library depends on 7.1 as
a minimum.
