[ZendTo] Enhancement Request - Download Waiver

Does it need some sort of reporting capability, to confirm that the user has agreed to the waiver?

Or would it work if you just put the waiver text in the automated “drop off notification” email, with words to the effect of “By clicking the download link, you agree to [this statement]”?
