[ZendTo] Authenticator after update

[Jules Field]

I think I have fixed this one, had to make upgrade_preferences_php 
(which upgrade calls) somewhat more intelligent to handle the setting 
"authenticator" moving around.

The fix will be in the next beta, due out very soon...
