[ZendTo] lock down recipient

Shane,
That page is in /opt/zendto/templates/main_menu.tpl.
If you just comment out this bit (starts at line 33 in my current
version of the file):

</tr>
those buttons will disappear.
If you comment it out by putting {* at the start and *} at the end, the
templating engine will never even send that HTML to the browsers at all,
which is nicer than using HTML <!-- --> comments.
