[ZendTo] Database Errors

I have setup a brand new ZendTo server using Ubuntu 18.04, everything works except the main portion, drop-offs.  This is the error I receive when trying to dropoff a file:
Upload Error


Unable to add a drop-off record to the database. Please notify the system administrator.


I'm sure that it's something I have overlooked or missed in the documentation.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
