[ZendTo] UI Language switch

Yes, that should work okay. But it's not a very neat solution. It would 
be much nicer for the user to be able to just select a language from a 
drop-down. If we end up with 30 translations, you would have to setup 30 
ZendTo sites. Administration nightmare...
