[ZendTo] 4.99-9 beta released

Good news!

I tried putting the traditional javascript alert box code into every 
single text box I could find, and they all rendered correctly, with no 
alert boxes.
I found 2 cases of "over-quoting" in the send-request --> external 
drop-off to internal-user process, where eventually an accented 
character in just the wrong field produced something like é and 
sorted those out.
I haven't been able to find any more problems like that.

We'll see what Stéphane has to say, but if he agrees then I reckon we're 
ready for version 5 !!!

I must take some nice screenshots for the website too.....
