[ZendTo] Blank background on Windows 7 and IE 11

Hi,

I have an odd error on Windows 7 and IE 11. It seems like the CSS isn't loaded. Anyone else seen this? Any idea of a fix?

I've got a screenshot of the error, which is attached.
