[ZendTo] Released 4.12-3 hopefully final beta

Hi Folks, welcome to Friday afternoon!

I've now fixed all the outstanding issues that I'm aware of in ZendTo 
4.12, and so have just updated the website
     http://zend.to/downloads.php
with a new (testing mostly) release 4.12-3.

The braver of you might want to try it on a production server now, but 
if you have a lot of active users or don't know how to roll back to a 
previous version if you find a problem, then get it all working on your 
testing environment first.
