[ZendTo] Re: System statistics page

I now have 9 drop offs in the system, totalling roughly 15GB, these date back from 7th of May up to the 12th.

Still nothing is shown in the system statistics page, unless I select the "90 days or more" option, and even then it only shows drop offs dating back to week 11 & 12 (we are currently in week 20).

Is there a way to manually run the task to gather the statistics, or to check to see if it is failing for some reason?

They aren't automatically deleted as soon as someone downloads them, either the recipient explicitly clicks the "Delete Drop-off" button if they are the only recipient, or else they are automatically deleted after they have been sitting on the server for 30 days (or whatever you configured the time to be).

I'll upload a few test drop offs and leave them there for a few days to see if they are recognised.

The graphs will lag behind your current content by a day or two, it's just the nature of the package used to collect them. Also, a drop-off is only counted if it is there overnight. The data sample is taken in the early hours of the morning (3-5am some time).

Basically, the answer to both of your questions is "just wait a few days".
