[ZendTo] Specifying the from in zend.to emails

I just tested a drop-off request.  The request says "If you wish to contact Ken Etter, just reply to this email."  But the email came from the "EmailSenderAddress" setting in the zendto.conf file.  How do I configure zendto to use the actual address of my users?
