Hi Brad,
While you're waiting for a response, I would go ahead and create another test user that has an underscore in the login id to see if it fails for that user as well.

Subject: [ZendTo] usernames with underscores

Running Zendto Version 4.11-11 on CentOS

I have a new user account that has an underscore as part of the name that cannot login.
I've verified the username and password , but zendto say that it is an Authentication error and to check the username and password.

I'm using authenticator => LDAP
The BaseDN is at the top of the LDAP tree and users in lower contexts are able to login.

The username and password are correct.
Other users can login to the system.

I'm wondering if it is the underscore in the name?
While I'm looking into the issue, can anyone tell me if they have usernames with underscores that work?

thanks
Brad
