[ZendTo] require a login to dropoff and pickup

For sensitive information transfer in our institution, we would like internal 
logins for both sender and recipient.  I know we can eliminate the dropoff 
button by changing the template file.  How do I force that the recipient be an 
user with an official internal email domain login/account?
