[ZendTo] ZendTo ANNOUNCE: 4.11-11 released

Folks,

Happy Friday afternoon to all of you!

I have just done a very minor release update to fix the problem with the 
SQLite3 database file not being created as it should, in a new 
installation of ZendTo.
The only other fix in this release are some errors in dropoff_email.tpl 
(template for email message sent out to recipients of new dropoffs) to 
help with text flowing.

So just a very minor fix, but hopefully some of you will find it useful 
to get over this stumbling block!
