I got this too. You have to run the /opt/zendto/sql/zendto.MySQL file to add a new table into the database.

mysql -p -u [user] [database] < /opt/zendto/sql/zendto.MySQL

Substitute the user and database above with the values from your preferences.php, MySQLuser and MySQLdb respectively.

Updated to 4.11-7 and I can login, but when I got to drop off a file, I get the below error.
Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch_array() on a non-object in /opt/zendto/lib/MySQL.php on line 800
Running CentOS 6.3 Final
I double checked the preferences file and I do not see that I missed adding any preferences file updates.
I've rolled back the vm to a known good configuration for now.
No worries.

I've just released 4.11-7 with a few minor updates from the stable
4.11-6 release.

- Works better with 1 AD forest.
- Comments improved in preferences.conf.
- SQLite3 support works much better with PHP 5.4.
- Fixed SQLite3 bug causing logging of errors in Apache error_log.

You'll need to either
yum update zendto
or
apt-get update ; apt-get upgrade zendto
depending on your Linux distro.

Or else you can download a new version directly from
http://zend.to/downloads.php

Cheers!

Jules
