I got this too.  You have to run the /opt/zendto/sql/zendto.MySQL file to
add a new table into the database.

mysql -p -u [user] [database] < /opt/zendto/sql/zendto.MySQL

Substitute the user and database above with the values from your
preferences.php, MySQLuser and MySQLdb respectively.
