[ZendTo] Probleme with 'é' encoding in email

Hello,

Using the CentOS appliance fully updated, we have an issue when there 
are "é" (or any other accent) in the name of the sender.

When we do a dropoff, the mail received (dropoff_email.tpl) is correct 
and contains the accents (ie: Jérémy)
But when we do a dropoff request, the mail received (request_email.tpl) 
is not correct and accents get deleted. (ie: Jrmy)

Any idea why and how to fix it?
