[ZendTo] Migration to a new server

Hi All, I'm moving from Centos 5 and Zendto 4.10-5 to Red Hat RHEL 6 and 
Zendto 4.11-11. I've install the PHP v5.5 binaries from :-

http://www.webtatic.com/packages/php55/

which give greater than 2GB transfer for 64bit OS and browser.

I want to keep the current users files so can I just import the mysql 
database and copy the /var/zendto/dropoffs/ files across?
