Thank you Jules -
I hope you feel better soon, by the way. I saw your messages about hospitalization. Be sure to rest up!
The Request a Drop off feature is working just fine now, however, the automated notification addressed for the internal recipient arrives in the external recipient's mailbox. It's quite strange.
1) I log in with my local zend.to account and create a drop off request to my yahoo.com account.
2) I remote into my computer at home via logmein.com, log into my yahoo.com account and click the URL from ZendTo (off the domain, off the network)
3) I upload the file and get the confirmation page for the files I'm sending to my btn-inc.com account.
4) I receive an email addressed to my @btn-inc.com in my @yahoo.com inbox from ZendTo telling me about the files available for download.
5) The email never arrives to my @btn-inc.com
I thought it might have been the reply address I was using, so I went ahead and created an exchange mailbox account for ZendTo. I know the ZendTo VM is relaying just fine, as the messages reach outbound recipients without a problem. I'm a little bit stumped on this one.

Hi, and thank you for your time.
When an external user uses the "Drop-Off" feature or an internal user uses the Request a Drop-Off" feature, external clients receive the following error after uploading their clicking to submit their file(s):
"Upload Error - You must be logged in as a <organization employee> in order to drop-off a file for an external client. Return to the ZendTo main menu to log in and then try again."
External users can only drop off files for internal users (ie for addresses that match the regular expression defined by the preferences.php setting "emailDomainRegexp"). External users cannot drop off files for other external users. If you allow that, you will instantly discover your ZendTo server is full or pr0n and warez (which is A Bad Thing(tm)).
Jules.
Can someone tell me how to fix this? I'm not sure what I've missed in the preferences.php or zendto.conf files to cause this.
By the way, this product is fantastic.
