External users can only drop off files for internal users (ie for 
addresses that match the regular expression defined by the 
preferences.php setting "emailDomainRegexp"). External users cannot drop 
off files for other external users. If you allow that, you will 
instantly discover your ZendTo server is full or pr0n and warez (which 
is A Bad Thing(tm)).
