[ZendTo] NSSADAuthenticator errors!

Fresh install, and receiving the following:
Strict Standards: Declaration of NSSADAuthenticator::authenticate()
should be compatible with NSSAuthenticator::authenticate($uname,
$password, &$response) in /opt/zendto/lib/NSSAuthenticator.php on line
235
Warning: Illegal string offset 'count' in
/opt/zendto/lib/NSSADAuthenticator.php on line 441
This also occurred when upgrading from 4.8 to 4.10 on a separate machine
which has currently been rolled back.
