[ZendTo] Re: Virtualhost setup

You may well find that it's just using $TEMP or $TMP for the location of 
the temporary files. According to the Smarty documentation here:
http://www.smarty.net/docs/en/language.config.variables.tpl
you can change the value of environment variables.

I would start there.
