You've probably got the setting 'emailDomainRegexp' wrong, that's the
mostly common cause of this error.
If your company's domain name is MyCompany.com then you should set it to:
'emailDomainRegexp' => '/^([a-zA-Z\.\-]+\.)?mycompany\.com$/i',
