[ZendTo] max filesize not honoured

Hi Folks,

I've got the following set in my preferences.php file

'maxBytesForFile'      => 2147483647, // 2 GBytes - 1 = 2^32-1

However we have user that has been able to dropoff a 4.1GB file

ls -lh TkQXuu9YMozRZrrX/phpF2aqjQ 
-rw-r--r-- 1 www www-run 4.1G 2012-08-08 09:29 TkQXuu9YMozRZrrX/phpF2aqjQ

Any suggestions.
