[ZendTo] No option to logout for one particular user

I have a user who has logged into our drop0ff service from her desk.
When she logs in, she is not presented with the "Logout" option.  If I
was to log in as her from my own desk, I do see the "Logout" option.  I
got her to wipe her temporary internet files and cookies, but that
doesn't do a thing.  Any idea why this is?
