[ZendTo] Re: Upgraded from 3.9 - Login "broken"?

Okay...  I've been trying to figure out how to "troubleshoot" this, but I'm not having any luck.  I've been thru php.ini and stuff, but I'm not seeinganything.  I'm obviously going to keep googling, but any other direction or insight is welcomed :)
