[ZendTo] Re: Unable to Drop-Off files - Input error: k: Format ofsite key was invalid

I imagine this is something the Google folks are working hard on fixing,
Firefox 8 has only just been released.

The best web browser for ZendTo that I have found for Windows is Chrome.
Even the 64-bit version of IE9 (with all latest updates) can't handle
uploads over 2GB correctly, they still have signed 32-bit integers in
their source code for counting the progress of the upload. :-(
But Firefox 7 wouldn't even start the upload progress bar correctly, let
alone keep the numbers correct!

Windows is not very good at being 64-bit yet, despite their claims. Too
many of the apps rely on 32-bit code.

Fortunately Macs get it right, so if you have one then test ZendTo with
Safari on a Mac running Lion (or Snow Leopard in 64-bit mode) and you'll
see for sure if it's a browser problem or not.

But very glad to hear you got it working!

If you need to add a note telling your users to thump refresh if the
page doesn't load correctly, the file you want to customise is
/opt/zendto/templates/verify.tpl. The files in that directory are
intended for you to customise (so you can change the user interface any
way you want to, without having to mess with the real source code). Any
changes made will *not* be overwritten up ZendTo upgrades done by "yum",
"rpm" or "apt-get".

With IE9 (on Windows 7 x64) I can literally refresh that page and sometimes the auto generated characters are displayed and sometimes they are not. I would have to hit refresh several times to get it working. With FireFox 8, it just doesn't work period no matter how many times I hit refresh.

I have placed them in the corresponding spots in the preferences.php file. I then tried to test this out and I noticed the CAPTCHA random character generator show up but it wasn’t actually showing any characters to type. It also showed “Input error: Invalid referrer”. I then noticed that I had placed an extra blank space at the end of the first key within the preferences.php file so I removed it. Now when I test, it doesn’t even show any CAPTCHA image at all, however it still displays “Input error: Invalid referrer”
