[ZendTo] Documentation

I have added a whole load more documentation to the website that 
describes all the settings in preferences.php and the various 
authentication mechanisms available.

It's all linked from
    http://zend.to/documentation.php#help

Hopefully that will make it rather easier to set up. It does tell you 
which of the preferences.php settings you will need to change (and how) 
and which ones you can leave alone.
