No, it would just resend the email to the existing recipients.

All you need to do for new recipients is mail them the Claim ID and 
Claim Passcode printed at the bottom of the entry in your Outbox, and 
tell them to choose the "Pickup" button from the ZendTo main menu. Then 
they can enter (cut and paste) those 2 strings and download the files.
