[ZendTo] Minimum Attachment Size

While working these last few days with MS and ZendTo it struck me that there is an option for maximum file and drop-off size but no minimum. I wonder if it would be good to add a minimum size as would you really want to send a file of 1Kb via ZendTo ? This really comes in to play when integrating with MS and I was thinking that could be a configuration item in MailScanner.conf but it may be better in ZendTo; perhaps default at -1 to disable and then enable it if you want that. Thoughts ?
