My users reported this issue as well and the fix below (remarking out
the return line) fixed it for us as well.

I've got a fix for you to try. Please put the new_dropoff.tpl file back
how it was in the 3.62 release, and then apply one edit to it.
At the end of the definition of the function addRecipient() (in the
JavaScript code right at the top of the file), there is a "return 1;".
Please remove that "return 1;" statement and save the file again.
Then please give it a try and see if this fixes the problem for you.
The reason I made the change originally was that I wanted a
"ZendTo-style" button for "Add Recipient" rather than a boring-looking
browser "submit" button.
This fix works for me. I just want you to check it works for you too,
before I publish it.
Thanks guys!
Jules.

Hi There,
There’s definitely something wrong. I tried with both IE7 and firefox
(Windows XP all updates) with latest java. I get the following:
IE 7 => it redirects me to verify.php and shows 1
Firefox (latest stable) => redirect and shows
javascript:addRecipient(); in the address bar and shows 1
My system is built on top of Ubuntu 10.10 server with latest .tar ball
3.62 (I use AD authenticator and code has slight modification to work
with 3 domains). It is clean install, not an upgrade.
Feel free to review it for yourself:

Please let me know if there’s something I can assist you with.
Thank you,

The behavior he is describing below is what I was having happen when I
updated to 3.62-1. The black screen with 1 displayed, when you add a
recipient.
I have not had time to attempt the update again, but this time doing
the SQL table update.

Add Address is nothing more than a Javascript call within the page, it
shouldn't go back to the server at all. The Javascript is all in the
new_dropoff.tpl template.
Feel free to have a go at debugging that template code!
What browser+OS are you using? I haven't seen this problem at all
myself.

Hi Jules,
Speaking of this, there is a problem when I try to click “Add Address”
it redirects me to blank page and shows nothing but “1”. I can’t have
more than one recipient.
Please advice,

Thanks, I have put the first change in place. I changed the 2nd one to
"Add Extra Recipient" instead of "Additional" as it's simpler English,
which is better for non-native English speakers. Which we have an awful
lot of! :-)
Many thanks!
Jules.

Awhile back you went through and modified the code so that when the
"ServiceTitle" in the zendto.conf file was changed, the change appeared

Some of our internal users where complaining about the "Add Address"
button and not fully understanding what the button meant so I change the
wording for them from "Add Address" to "Add Additional Recipient".
