[ZendTo] Re: where to start troubleshooting

Check the mail logs on your internal mail relay (smarthost that ZendTo 
is using). It makes the emails come from the person who dropped off the 
files, so you need to check the logs to see if it rejected that for some 
reason. Some mail relays will only relay mail (even if coming from an 
internal IP address) if its sender address matches its own domain name.
