Yes. The mail comes *from* the person who made the dropoff, not
a fixed arbitrary (and useless) address. So the problem will be your
mail relay accepting mails coming from people who leave dropoffs, who
may not be users at yourdomain.com. So check that your mail relay will
accept mail coming from your IP addresses as well as mail coming from
users who are @yourdomain.com.

The first thing I checked was the sendmail log locally,
I see notations in the sendmail log for the email going out for
confirmation emails from anonymous dropoffs.
Nothing for notifications on newly dropped off files.

My access file allows all local relaying

		Connect:localhost.localdomain RELAY
		Connect:localhost RELAY
		Connect:127.0.0.1 RELAY

Put
yourdomain.com RELAY
in that file as well and run 'make'.

The function that sends the mail is called "deliverEmail" and it is
definitely called, just with different parameters.

Thanks, but that does not seem to make any difference, I
don't see any attempt in the sendmail log to send an email after I click
dropoff files.

I even specified 0.0.0.0 RELAY (in addition to my
domain) which will allow anything to relay through it. I did confirm
that all of them are in the access.db (that the make worked)

I have nothing in hosts.deny or hosts.allow that would
be keeping it from working, I am at a loss.. Is there anything that is
supposed to be noted in the zendto.log when the notification is
supposed to be sent for pickup, on the dropoff?

		Thanks
