<p>I tried several things before asking this. I cannot configure
LocalIPSubnets Settings. And the application looks like this.<br>

<p>I have tried putting internal/external IP ranges in
preferences.php like <br>
</p>
<p>array("200.100.0.0"),</p>
<p> array("200.100.","300.200"),</p>
<p>and so on. <br>

What am I doing wrong ? Please help. <br>
